(Ft x Ft) x (Multiplier) / 27 = Yards Needed
2" Deep = 0.17
3" Deep = 0.25
4" Deep = 0.33
5" Deep = 0.4
6" Deep = 0.5
Please keep in mind:
1 cubic yard covers a 10 ft x 10 ft x 3" deep (industry standard is 3").
If you are installing mulch for the first time, we recommend 3" coverage, if top dressing 2" coverage is recommended.
